Our Monthly Regular Meeting was held on 6 Jan, we talked about our policy and discussed about sales ability improving.<br />

Company KPI policy was lunched which will encourage every employee to work harder and harder.<br />
<br />
And, we also discussed about how to improve new staff’s knowledge learning, and how to improve salesman’s ability. We will need to improve our abilities of information collection,marketing promotion, price negotiation, basic product knowledge and customer service.<br />
