We recommend using your own FedEx, DHL, or TNT account for freight collect shipments. KRECO does not prepay your import duties or shipping fees. |

Processing Timeline

Production begins upon receipt of payment (if applicable).
Standard Lead Time (5–7 working days): Applicable when all required raw materials are in stock.
Extended Lead Time (10–15 working days): Applicable for larger sample quantities or when custom materials require sourcing.

Quality Assurance

Should our samples fail internal QC or industry standard testing due to manufacturing defects, KRECO will bear the cost of replacement units and resend another free samples including shipping for retesting.
